About the event

Launching your business on Instagram is the first step to promoting your business, but are you maximising the opportunity and consistently creating engaging content?

Instagram is a visual tool and as a small business, it is vital you are communicating your brand values with every post. Be honest with yourself, do you have a professional-looking cohesive feed? Do your photos grab people's attention? Are you giving people a reason to stop and want to find out more about your services or products?

You don't have to feel overwhelmed!  Join us for this creative workshop and be the master of your own Instagram feed as we show you how you can take great branded photos, use easy quick editing tools and with a few tweaks you can creating eye-popping content for your feed!

We are teaming up with the talented Hungerford based Rachel Mullins Photography to bring you a hands-on and fun workshop that will show you how to make the most of your phone cameras and the editing tools available.

We will mostly focus on creating content for Instagram in this session.  Rachel is a brand and family photographer so she has lots of experience taking photos of people and products. She will offer tips on setting up shots, how to make the most from light and your phones, editing images through  IG (and a few other apps) and will offer some creative ideas you can go home with and try out.

Charlotte from Social Marmalade will offer advice on planning your Instagram feed and creating a great looking feed. We will also look at opportunities to optimise each post so your photos create action from your audience! Instagram is all about engagement so we will look at how you can tell your story with strong visuals.

Please bring fully charged phones for this session and be ready to have some fun. Never underestimate what a few tips, good lighting, and some clever editing can achieve!

Breakfast and Light Breakfast is included in the ticket price!
