Selling on Instagram : Workshop for Retailers

I have worked with lots of fashion and accessories businesses over the last fours year and helped them to use the Facebook shop to drive online sales from Instagram. I wikll share my knowledge and experience to help you understnad all the opportunities there are to use the product tags and shopping functions to make sure you are maximising all the opportunities on the platform to sell your products.

In this workshop we will cover:

• An overview of the Facebook shop and linking it to Instagram (please note I cannot help with any Shopify related questions or techincal problems relating to Instagram)
• Thinking about product names
• Managing Collections and the look/feel of your Instagram shop. 
• Influencer collaborations - how to's and best practices for getting sales through your shop. Tools to support this
• Customer Journey 
• Content you should be sharing on Instagram  - selling without selling! Stories, Reels and Posts
• Optimising posts - keywords, hashtags, new topic tags! 

There is a lot to cover and we will mix up techincal know-how with content strategy for getting more sales through Instagram. You will leave with a much better understanding on how to manage your shop, use all the tools and tags and content ideas for stories, reels, lives and posts. Trust me, I know what works through lots of first-hand testing!

Sadly, I know some of you have issues setting up your shop due to techincal issues with Facebook or Instagram. I am not a techincal expert so I won't be able to troubleshoot these issues in this workshop. This is for those want to know how to increase sales through their existing shops and understand how to improve the shopping experience for customers.

If you don't have a shop yet: 

Do come along, but be aware we will not be able to set up your shop in this workshop as there are many techincal bits involved and variables depending on your website. I would recommend having your shop connected first so I can then show you how to use the tools from there.
